H.E. Elvinas Jankevičius

H.E. Elvinas Jankevičius, as a voluntary distinguished member of our board of advisors will supervise on all aspects of our organizations’ civil services issues as well as our civil societies’ capacity buildings and awareness programs.
Mr. Elvinas Jankevičius’ most recent occupation was the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania and prior to that and for the past ten years, Mr. Jankevičius had occupied many elected leading positions in municipalities and various ministries, notably, as Varenos District Mayor, Adviser to Minister of Health, Adviser to the Prime Minister, and Deputy Minister of Homeland Security.
Prior to his government service Mr. Jankevičius occupied many leading executive business positions in various areas such as sales, distributing, investing and managing projects by Finnish, Swedish and Lithuanian capital private companies including assisting in the global strategy development of UAB id-Baltic, UAB Tele2, UAB Mobilios visatos telekomunikacijos and many others.
Mr. Jankevičius received a master’s degree in economics and sociology from Vytauto Didžiojo University Vilnius and has successfully completed the Max -Planck gymnasium Dusseldorf, economics studies in Essen University.
Mr. Jankevičius is fluent in the German, English, Russian, and Lithuanian languages
